Culture Theory Development in International Management

'Culture Theory Development in International Management' is a research project financed by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsradet).

The focus of this project is on advancement and development of culture theory relevant for international management, in particular with regard to employees' work context in international organizations.

The project commenced in spring 2004 and will finish with the international cross-disciplinary 'Theorizing Culture Conference' in March 2007.



A research project externally financed by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet).

The Institute of International Business (IIB) was founded in 1976 by Drs. Ruben Rausing, Jacob Wallenberg and Marcus Wallenberg with a separate endowment to establish and maintain an academic research arena in the field of international business. IIB is a research institute within the Department of Marketing and Strategy at the Stockholm School of Economics.
